Guidance for Pastors to Heal Spiritual Trauma and Promote Trust

God created the church to be His family and a refuge for the vulnerable. Although this is our intention as the church, we can often fall short of this role and at times inadvertently cause harm.
During this pastor’s luncheon we will present clinical perspective and information as we enter this tender but important conversation about “church hurt” clinically known as spiritual trauma. We will discuss strategies on how to minimize it, how to help people to heal and how to promote trust with members.
