Flava LaFern Galbreath, LICSW, MSW

Flava is an “out-of-the-box” therapist who identifies as a human being with a passion to spur the growth/change process in sustainable ways for those who may not feel heard and want to be at home with themselves. Her Hoosier roots show strengths of authenticity, unconditional support, and determination.

With experiences at an opiate treatment center, in-home family therapy and telehealth, Flava’s support is eclectic with nods to Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
