Jessica Chartier, LMHC
Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working in the field of mental health since 2006. She became a therapist in 2012 and has been licensed since 2016. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from many different backgrounds, experiences, and seasons of life.
“I consider it an honor to sit with people during some of the most difficult parts of their story,” says Jessica. “I believe healing often begins when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported without judgment.”
Jessica enjoys working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the transition into adulthood. She also has a long-standing background in family therapy and values helping families improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate challenging dynamics with greater understanding and compassion.
Jessica has completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma. She also spent five years working as a supervisor within Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative services, where she supported clinicians and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational needs.
Jessica’s counseling style is warm, collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. She works to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore what they are carrying, identify patterns that may no longer be helping them, and build tools for emotional wellness and healthier relationships.
