Beginning Your Fitness Journey
Here at CrossPoint Clinical Services, our Health & Wellness team will help you design and begin your personalized fitness journey. We understand that starting a fitness program can be a challenge, yet it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight — and even improve your sleep habits and self-esteem as you build strength. Our coaches will help you make good decisions about your lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness.
We will help you set goals, build activity into your daily routine, assemble your equipment, get started and monitor your own progress. Let’s start your journey one step at a time!
You must sign up by 6 PM the evening before any webinar to participate.
