Chantal Silloway

Chantal earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from American International College in 2016. She has worked as a case manager, counselor, and clinical supervisor with diverse populations in both residential and prison settings. She has experience treating adolescents with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, as well as individuals with domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

She is a compassionate and dedicated clinician with experience in clinical assessments, trauma-informed care, and addiction. Chantal is a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC 1). She utilizes a holistic approach to focus on wellness of the body, soul, and spirit with a Christian perspective. Other therapeutic approaches she uses include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy.

Maria Ortiz

Maria Ortiz, is a Bilingual ordained minister who has served as Lead Pastor of the House of Peace and Restoration in Springfield, Massachusetts since 2013. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Human Services from the Cambridge College in 2017, followed by earning her Master’s in Education in Mental Health/ Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019, from the same institution.

Maria is passionate about working with families, groups and individuals with a holistic approach. She enjoys seeing how the restorative power of the Gospel, in conjunction with evidence-based theories can have a transformation effect in the lives she has been privileged to serve. She has worked with families struggling with relationship problems, as well as individuals dealing with depression, trauma, addictions and anxiety. She considers herself Spiritual, Compassionate and eager to help others manage their life in a more holistic manner.

Aretta Williams

Aretta is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received her Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy(MFT) from Eastern Nazarene College, Boston, MA in 2009. After earning her degree, she spent several years working with youth (ages 13-17), adults, couples and families, from diverse backgrounds, and has experience working with adults with chronic illnesses.

Over the years, Aretta has held both supervisory and clinical positions. She has been working closely with families and individuals as a Crisis Clinician providing services at hospitals South of Massachusetts and in New Bedford, MA. She has experience with working with women and children living in Domestic Violence and victims of Sexual Assault. Also, with treating individuals diagnosed with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma related issues, and adjustment and grief related disorders.

Aretta’s clinical approach is to “meet clients where they are,” with a goal of empowering others to thrive to reach their full potential. Her practice style is strengths-based, with a Christian perspective. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, introspective and faith-based approaches to help clients heal from trauma.

Aretta is passionate about helping others to become the best that they can be. She is a very compassionate, spiritual and motivated therapist with the desire to assist people with finding balance and to enhance their lives for an improved future.

Rondey Allen

Rondey Allen, LICSW is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. He has extensive experience in a variety of settings concerning youth and families at risk. He administered group and individual therapy in DYS treatment programs with violent and sexual offenders. He performed intensive clinical case management and outreach in Boston’s C11 Police district to high risk youth. He was an outreach clinician for MSPCC in the Springfield Area and Clinical Director for the River Valley Academy, a special education school in the Holyoke Area. He is currently a clinical consultant and trainer for the Westover Job Corps Center.

He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving. He is a Level 1 Certified Anger Management Specialist through NAMA and is certified in Military/Veteran behavioral health through the Center for Deployment Psychology. He received his BA from the University of MA at Amherst in 1996, his MSW from Boston College 2003 and his nursing training in the US Army in 1988.
