Faith Sarisley

As a recent graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Faith has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Strategic Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication. In school, she was inducted into the CCSU Chapter of the Communication Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. She also completed an internship at the Office of Victim Advocacy on campus which taught her great lessons on building community, marketing, and helping others. Her previous job as building manager at the Recreation Center on campus has also provided her with new tools in leadership and problem solving, as well as how physical wellness contributes to mental health.

Faith has always been passionate about the importance of mind and body wellness and is looking forward to furthering her service to the community through her knowledge of strategic communication and marketing!

Maggie Leone, MPA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Maggie Leone is a certified human resource professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She has worked in the human resource field in various capacities for many years. Much of her experience is in the non-profit human service sector.

Maggie worked at Gandara Center for 15 years as a HR Generalist. She was in charge of employee training, payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruiting and leave management. More recently, she was the Associate Director of Human Resources at The Children’s Study Home where she was responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource Department.

Maggie received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from Elms College in Chicopee, MA, and her Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Clark University in Worcester, MA. She is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of MA. (HRMA)

Maggie is a member of First Baptist Church in East Longmeadow. She has been involved in prison ministry for the past 15 years.

Rondey Allen

Rondey Allen, LICSW is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. He has extensive experience in a variety of settings concerning youth and families at risk. He administered group and individual therapy in DYS treatment programs with violent and sexual offenders. He performed intensive clinical case management and outreach in Boston’s C11 Police district to high risk youth. He was an outreach clinician for MSPCC in the Springfield Area and Clinical Director for the River Valley Academy, a special education school in the Holyoke Area. He is currently a clinical consultant and trainer for the Westover Job Corps Center.

He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving. He is a Level 1 Certified Anger Management Specialist through NAMA and is certified in Military/Veteran behavioral health through the Center for Deployment Psychology. He received his BA from the University of MA at Amherst in 1996, his MSW from Boston College 2003 and his nursing training in the US Army in 1988.

Luanne Beman

Luanne Beman has over 18 years of experience working in the mental health field, working to help clients in clinical settings in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Luanne received her BA in Secondary Education at Westfield State University in 1979 and a Post BA in Elementary Education in 1994. She has worked to help clients embark on their treatment journey with confidence by helping them navigate intake, insurance and billing issues.

Sajjan Sharma

Sajjan Sharma, MSW, is an ordained minister who served as Lead Pastor of the Pioneer Valley Church of Christ (PVCOC) in Chicopee, MA for nearly fifteen years and now serves as a Minister at Northview Church in Georgia. During his PVCOC tenure, the church grew in membership and achieved new stability and direction. Under his leadership, the PVCOC began a number of initiatives to educate members on topics such as sexual addiction, personal financial management and parenting. Prior to his work in Chicopee, Sajjan was with the Boston Church of Christ and has worked as a missionary in New Delhi, India; Sofia, Bulgaria; and Tirane, Albania. He has experience providing premarital counseling, marital counseling, and pastoral counseling with congregations of diverse ethnicities, addressing areas such as grief, sickness and recovery from trauma. Notable skills include public speaking, teaching, mentoring, organizing and managing. Sajjan received his Master of Social Work from Boston College in 2006.
