Pamela Boone

Pam is a committed mental health professional whose passion is helping others. She has years of experience providing services to clients from diverse backgrounds in community, residential and clinical settings. Her approach is to “meet clients where they are,” with a goal of empowering others to achieve and to live their best life possible.  She is knowledgeable in evidenced-based practices and has training and experience with individual and group work utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety.  She continues to stay abreast of new research and interventions in the field. She has experience treating clients with anxiety, depression, anger and low self esteem.  She also has extensive experience working with adults with substance use disorders, victims of trauma and victims of domestic violence.

Over the years, Pam has held both supervisory and clinical positions. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College, a Master’s degree from American International College and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College.  Pam has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts since 2008.
