“I offer professional counseling in a warm, accepting, and safe environment. Life can present challenges large and small and we can find effective ways to cope with these. Healing and growth are possible. My professional and personal experiences have taught me that compassion and empathy are some of the most powerful gifts we can give each other. We all benefit from talking and sharing pain and concerns in a safe, accepting environment. I see my role as a guide, helping you find your way to strength, wholeness and yes, even joy. Let’s talk!”
