Maria Ortiz

Maria Ortiz, is a Bilingual ordained minister who has served as Lead Pastor of the House of Peace and Restoration in Springfield, Massachusetts since 2013. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Human Services from the Cambridge College in 2017, followed by earning her Master’s in Education in Mental Health/ Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019, from the same institution.

Maria is passionate about working with families, groups and individuals with a holistic approach. She enjoys seeing how the restorative power of the Gospel, in conjunction with evidence-based theories can have a transformation effect in the lives she has been privileged to serve. She has worked with families struggling with relationship problems, as well as individuals dealing with depression, trauma, addictions and anxiety. She considers herself Spiritual, Compassionate and eager to help others manage their life in a more holistic manner.

Rayanne M. Neveu

Rayanne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who focuses on working with individuals, couples and families. “Families are just so important to individual health and development. I appreciate the opportunity to bring hope into challenging situations and help each family unit grow in its support of its members,” says Rayanne.

She graduated from Springfield College and received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Rayanne has served over two decades in church-based youth, family and marriage ministry programs. She and her husband of thirty plus years, have four adult children. This life experience informs her counseling approach as she assists clients at all life stages move towards individual goals and relationship health.

Rayanne advocates for couples or family therapy to address the challenges of behavioral and emotional issues such as: parenting and family dynamics (between parent and child/teen), the couple relationship, and building supportive connections between school, medical, work and community resources – especially during a crisis or life stage transition. With this type of counseling, there is often special  focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, conflict, adjustments and trauma.

Tracy L. Jones

Dr. Jones is a member of the leadership team at CrossPoint and is the site manager for the Worcester and Stoughton offices. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA and RI as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT. She graduated from Lesley University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 1997 and graduated from Liberty University with a Doctoral Degree in 2019. She has provided consultation for church leaders and members; provided mental health workshops for churches, presents at conferences and has published research, worked as a clinician, licensure supervisor and director as well as an adjunct professor.

Tracy works with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds with a variety of mental health concerns. Her style is strengths-based, with a Christian perspective. She utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), introspective and faith-based approaches to help clients heal from trauma, abuse and loss, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and relationship problems. She believes that compassion and hope are the essential elements for creating an environment in every session in which change can occur, and resiliency and recovery can flourish.

She has received certifications in mindfulness, ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT, SYMBIS, Prepare/Enrich, Gottman Level I, and advanced training in Christian integrative approaches. As a trainer of LivingWorks programs, she is available to teach a 3-hour suicide prevention course or a 2-day suicide intervention course to groups large or small. As a Prepare/Enrich Trainer, she is available to teach a certification course to prepare clinicians or church leaders/members to facilitate and utilize the Prepare/Enrich assessment with couples.
