We are all in need of a healthy, in-person community! In the last few years, we have experienced a greater disconnection from the physical community. Considering that anxiety and stress are higher than ever among many of us, come experience freedom and community while releasing your cares! Join as we share the Word of God and feel the joy that comes from moving our bodies and refreshing our minds. Learn how the One who made your body sees you and loves you deeply.

We will explore how the mind, body, and spirit are connected and inseparable. In fact, we believe that dividing them undermines our faith. This day will ignite a passion in your faith, prompting not only a reception of God’s Word but also a joyful application of it. You’ll be eager to invite friends along for the experience and even meet new friends along the way!

You are never alone, as you are fully known and loved by God, and we want to help guide you along your journey!

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring the following:
