The Post Conversion Search for Meaning

When a person comes to a basic understanding of the Gospel, what does it mean to continue to live into it? How can pastors create an environment conducive the continued growth of their members. Many find themselves in the post conversion years of their time on earth finding their center of value and power in areas that do not include their faith.
Sometimes even good things like career and family can become the center of a person’s identity and therefore an idol. This workshop for pastors and lay leaders will explore this ever-important topic through presentation and peer discussion both in person and online.
We will explore this dilemma and Fowler’s stages of Faith Model to provide church leaders with a forum to explore and expand their own ideas about faith and meaning as they help the people they lead to do the same.

Participate Live at the Pioneer Valley Church of Christ (85 Montcalm Street, Chicopee, MA) or online via Zoom. Lunch will be served to onsite participants.
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Lunch is served on-site
- 11:45 AM – Zoom session is activated and runs until the conclusion
