Our programs are perfect for beginners as well as members with plenty of fitness program experience. Joining is easy and very affordable.

We are focused on helping our community Redeem Mind, Body, and Spirit. Part of our flexible approach is offering both short and long term faith-based health and wellness programs. We pull together all of the elements in our lives that make us whole. These health and wellness programs cover a wide range of areas including fitness, meditation, nutrition, spirituality and encouragement.  Classes are flexible enough to meet the needs of beginners as well as seasoned fitness buffs.

The Wellness Revelation: Lose What Weighs You Down So You Can Love God, Yourself, and Others

Weight loss can be a very self-focused endeavor. Perhaps you have struggled with your weight your entire life, never feeling at peace in your body, riding a roller coaster of emotions as you watch numbers on a scale go up and down. Maybe you’ve been keenly aware throughout your life of both obsessing over your body and neglecting it. Friend, do you have a hard time loving the skin you are in? Does loving God and others often feel like more of a chore than a joy?

The Wellness Revelation will challenge you to get fit by seeking God first and foremost. God wants to free you from what weighs you down and keeps you from your marvelous purpose. In these pages, you will learn how to live well both physically and spiritually so that you are best equipped to love and serve others from a whole heart. The Wellness Revelation will change the way you love God, yourself and others.

We can explore the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of life with the intention to set goals, understand how to make the best decisions for you and to be able to grow spiritually & physically.

Jennifer Allen’s Bio

Before becoming a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with CrossPoint Clinical Services Jennifer worked as a Wellness Director for the local YMCA. Jennifer also worked with recovering addicts and their families. She has been walking as a Christian for the past 20 years. Over the past 10 years physical fitness has become one of her main passions. She is a speaker, facilitator and a certified group and personal trainer.

When it comes to physical training she sees it as an opportunity to live life to the fullest. It is an opportunity and gift to learn how to listen and be present with your body. She believes that training the physical with the spiritual is vital to your journey of health.

She specializes in the areas of flexibility, strength-training, running, sports nutrition, our aging population and general health improvement. She enjoys helping her clients build healthy habits by helping them understand how their relationship with body image and food affects their daily life.

Working with clients is more about building habits, setting realistic goals and motivation than it is about exercise. Jennifer believes that discipline and perseverance needed in the gym are the same skills needed for success in the tasks of everyday life. Throughout her training with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Jennifer learned a lot about the importance of assessing body imbalance. Body imbalance can cause difficulties for everyone – from the moderately active to endurance athletes. By first assessing her client’s body balance she is then able to gently guide them to greater flexibility, mobility, and strength using techniques like foam rolling, free-weights, stretching and aerobic activity.

As there are benefits to both group fitness and working with clients one-on-one, Jennifer offers a mixture of personal assessment/coaching and small group training. Jennifer has also been certified in many specialties in the past 10 years. She is a certified water Aerobics Instructor, Arthritis and Livestrong Instructor. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing skills and is a Revelation Wellness Instructor. Since 2017 she has developed and had oversight to the Worksite Wellness programming at the local YMCA.

Michelle Charon’s Bio

Before becoming a certified Wellness Group Facilitator and Exercise Instructor with CrossPoint Clinical Services Michelle worked as a Beachbody Fitness Coach and is a stay-at-home Mom to her four daughters. Michelle is also serving in her church, alongside her husband, as Youth and Family Ministry Leaders where they lead an energetic group of teens and their families. Michelle has worked with the underserved population to help bring vital support services to those struggling with homelessness and addiction.

She has been a Christian for the past 28 years and has served in many different roles as she strives to be the best she can be for God and her family. Serving in her church is one of her great rewards as she and her husband have raised their four daughters to follow Jesus in a passionate way, continuing the act of serving as much as possible around the globe.

Over her lifetime fitness has been a passion and recently she has stepped back into the fitness world but with a realization that physical training has a whole spiritual aspect that has been left behind in most scenarios. She believes that training for spiritual reasons is vital to our health and how we take care of our gift (our bodies) is the key to being a fully connected Christian.

She specializes in the areas of strength training, Pilates, human movement, group fitness, and general health improvement. She enjoys helping clients with motivation, body image and how proper nutrition affects their overall health.

Michelle has been certified in Wellness & Fitness Coaching and Facilitating, Dynamic Marriage Facilitating, trained in working with the underserved populations and teens. She has a passion for helping families build strong connections with God and their children.
